This is a spectacular property. We had four couples in our party and each had their own private bed and bath area with one to spare. The location is A+. The deck is nestled into the beautiful surrounding woods this time of year. Had some dinners and breakfasts out there and it was so peaceful and relaxing amongst the trees. We had two great nights of fire pit conversations accompanied by a whippoorwill. So many amenities that we didn't have time to use them all. The property is exceptionally gorgeous, well furnished, spotless and well maintained. Katie's communications and information were outstanding and most appreciated. To a person, all 8 of us agreed that this property checked all of the positive boxes. Would love to make a return visit.

Loved the view at this place!!! Will definitely try to visit again! Fridge and freezer did stop working; however, I believe this was a temporary setback that they will address! Was offered bags of ice to assist with the cooling issue as an interim solution. Great communication and tips on local adventure/eats. 10/10

We had a great weekend at Katie’s place. Everything was clean and as described. The host was very responsive and sent us many recommendations for the area. The property itself was in a beautiful and secluded wooded area. Would recommend!

Katie's Chalet in Berkeley Springs was everything we hoped it would be! My friends and I had a wonderful 3 night stay. There was enough space for 8 of us to spread out, but lots of areas where we could gather to put a puzzle together, sit and chat, cook together (well stocked kitchen!), outside camp fire and hot tub area were great! The pool table was an added perk to our trip! The Chalet was very clean. We love nature, and the rocks on the property added for photo props for us. The community was safe for a jog. We met some local winemakers at Cold Run Valley Winery. We ate at some great restaurants. Got massages and explored a few waterfalls in and around the surrounding areas. We went to Cacapon park and went to the "Almost Heaven" swing. We brought movies and gam didn't have time to do that! This place allowed us friends to relax and enjoy the company we kept together for an extended weekend. We so appreciated our home away from home for the past 4 days! You will love it!

Would recommend Katie’s place to everyone looking for an Airbnb for a group weekend trip! The space was very clean had a lot of games and books to entertain ourselves with and Katie’s team was very responsive. Loved our stay!

Moose Lodge was an absolute blast. Us adults enjoyed the hot tub and quiet spaces for reading and socializing. The outdoor space is private and safe. The teens enjoyed the firepit, cooking smores and hotdogs outdoors, the cozy spaces outdoors including the porch swing, and exploring. Everyone had unlimited fun with the pool table and board games. As the cook, I really appreciated the open kitchen so I can still be included with the fun. The grocery store was close by, and we had the best time in town which is only a few mins down the road. Everyone in town was kind, welcoming, and such a pleasure visiting their unique shops, especially the Candy store! It has so many old favorites and new options from around the world. We can't wait to visit again. The Lodge was everything and more.

My family had an amazing stay here. We were three adults, our two teens and our dog. The house is immaculate and extremely nicely furnished. It exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was also very well stocked. I loved drinking coffee on the porch every morning. The property is quiet and pretty secluded, yet easy to get into town. Our weather was amazing. However, if there is rain or snow, you will absolutely need the right car as the road is not paved.

This cabin was beautiful, clean, convenient and perfect for our family getaway! It had everything we needed, parents loved the hot tub and kids were obsessed with the games! The hosts were very attentive and helpful. We are already planning a return trip!

This place was ideal for four couples. We all had our own bedroom and bath. Enjoyed watching the 7 deer and 3 squirrels every morning while drinking my coffee. The weekend was so relaxing and peaceful with friends. Katie was so easy to work with, she was so quick with answers to my questions. We will definitely be coming back to this place.

Our weekend here was absolutely wonderful. We made many amazing memories with our loved ones over our time there. This location was one of true peace and tranquility.
