Katie’s house was a wonderful and relaxing long weekend away from the big city. The two different living spaces allowed flexibility between folks who wanted to watch TV and folks that wanted to play board games or talk. The kitchen was well stocked, with most items needed (I brought a lot of my own stuff but didn’t really need it!). The beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was fabulous (which isn’t super common in AirBNBs). Katie was incredibly responsive and helpful with the small things we needed during our stay. Highly recommend this cabin!

We had a fantastic stay at TreeTOP Breeze in the Coolfont Mountainside Resort. The home is nestled in a peaceful wooded area with a tasteful interior design and ample outdoor deck space. It was immaculately clean, well-appointed, and just as described. Thoughtful details like the well-stocked kitchen (perfect for cooking our Thanksgiving dinner during our stay), comfortable bedding, and even fire starters for the fire pit made it feel like home. The location was ideal—serene yet close to Berkeley Springs restaurants, grocery stores, Berkeley Springs Brewery Co. (family- and leashed dog-friendly!), and Cacapon State Park. Our family loved making s'mores around the fire pit and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The host was responsive and communicative, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. TreeTOP Breeze exceeded our expectations, and we’d highly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing getaway. We can’t wait to return!
