My extended family and I had a wonderful stay. The home is beautiful and in a lovely setting. It is so well appointed and relaxing that we rarely left. The community pool is wonderful for all ages. The hiking trails are super close to the home. The home feels like it is nestled in a park. One morning we watched a family of deer playing on the hillside. We enjoyed quiet time on the deck as well as evenings around the fire pit. The house was exactly what we needed with plenty of areas to be together or find places for solitude. I also appreciated having a dedicated space to exercise, especially with a beautiful view of the woods. The town of Berkeley Springs is worth a visit-the baths are interesting, nice variety of shops, and the people are friendly and welcoming. Bottom line: this was one of my best Airbnb experiences. Our home is located in the private side of the resort with guest access to a community pool and kiddie pool, community hot tub, tennis courts, basketball , playground, bathhouse, hiking trails and so much more! The public side of the resort is not to miss with a delightful rustic restaurant, large pond for fishing/kayaking, indoor pool. Conveniently located just 10 minutes to downtown Berkeley Springs. *While enjoying our mountainside outdoor space, Please avoid making any loud noise between the hours of 11pm and 8am. No parties allowed. To ensure a tranquil peaceful atmosphere for all community guests and residents our community enforces these rules with a neighborhood watch program- please be respectful of noise and light pollution. ALL EXTERIOR LIGHTS MUST BE OFF BY 11pm.
