Berkeley Springs WV Vacations

We had an excellent stay. We enjoyed as many of the places nearby that we could. Our stay wasn't long enough. My grandson asked when we were coming back as we were packing up to leave. Everyone in the family appreciated having their own bedroom and bathroom. I (Mom/Granny) appreciated not having a TV in the main living area. We sat around, talked as a family, and played games. PacMan was also a big hit and challenge to see who could score the highest. We enjoyed the house, the area, and as much fun as we could soak up in our short visit. Our week long visit went way too fast. Katie, our hostess, was always responsive. I never had to wait long for a response to any of my messages. She's a jewel. I appreciated all the information she sent before we arrived to help us decided where to go and what to do. Thank you. ~Barbara

We stayed here for a family reunion and it was absolutely wonderful! A ton of space for everyone to spread out and the kids to play. And the view was incredible! We loved staying here

We absolutely LOVED the house and the overall peaceful experience! Everything was just as shown in the pictures. If you're picky like me when it comes to cleanliness, then look no further; this is the place for you; absolutely spotless! Katie was wonderful and communicated with us as needed. She sent us lots of great information about the area and places to eat and visit. Hubby and I traveled with my elderly parents and our little dog and I can safely say that a great time was had by all. From the peaceful surroundings, to the immaculate home, we would highly recommend this house to family and friends and are already trying to see when we can go back. Definitely 5-star!

Katie's house was incredible and we cannot stop talking about how much fun we had. There is plenty of space and plenty to do. The bunk bed room was perfect for the kids as was the games room. We loved that there was the drip coffee machine and the Keurig - no waiting to get the exact coffee you want. :) Katie and her team have thought of everything - plenty of plates and cutlery and all the baking sheets were a fantastic touch. The fire pit, hot tub, outdoor patio, and the full-sized fridge in the basement were the icing on the cake. Upstairs fridge for essentials and downstairs fridge for all the fun! Thanks again and we will definitely be back!

Katie and her husband were great and quick to respond with any questions. We loved the house and left feeling peaceful and grateful that we got to spend a week in their beautiful home.

Great place! Beautifully built, decorated and taken care of! Highly recommend. If you want to disconnect from the world, this is it! Only downside is the internet kept crashing and it was hard to streamline. Besides that, place was amazing!

This place was awesome! So nice that almost every bedroom had it's own bathroom, making it a great spot for multiple families. Everything you could want or need for a mountain get away was here and ready. The place was so cozy and fun I highly recommend this house and host!

We had a great stay despite a few rain showers! Six adults and a two yr old. Screened porches were wonderful. It was the perfect location just between the town of Berkeley Springs and Cacapon state park. The house and kitchen were so well supplied, we had everything we needed! The hot tub and community pool were a high lite of the stay. Thank you Katie

Katie's place was lovely! There was so much space for our two families to spread out, and tons of fun activities from the shuffleboard, to the pool table, and to the hot tub - we didn't want to leave the house (but when we did the location was perfect for fun in Berkeley Springs and hiking in the nearby state park). Everything was clean and in good shape, and the house felt cozy without being cluttered. Katie's instructions on what to bring and not bring were super clear (flag to bring shampoo and conditioner and a few coffee pods). Overall, we loved our stay and would return!

Katie‘s place was the most peaceful location. She offered lots of amenities that made the place feel like home, including comfortable beds, soft towels, stocked kitchen, hot showers, firewood, and high chair. Katie was the sweetest and very responsive. I loved all the recommendations she provided before our stay. The downstairs room was perfect for babies that need a dark/quieter room to sleep. One note I’d share is bring a baby gate for the stairs. Other than that, this place has it all and we absolutely loved it. The views are amazing
