My family ( 11 of us) had a wonderful time at Katie’s place. It had beautiful decor, great views, and was very clean throughout the cabin. The great room on the main level was cozy yet spacious. The 5 bedrooms and five baths provided privacy, while the lower level was large enough for the whole family to watch Christmas movies together. Katie was very helpful and super responsive.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The house was great and there was plenty of room for the 9 members of our family. The house was very clean and nice. Our teenagers loved the pool table and the hot tub. We will definitely plan a return stay in the future.

We loved our weekend in your beautiful mountain house. My favorite was the screened in porch off of the kitchen living room. Morning coffee and happy hour wine in a beautiful nature setting. Would love to come back sometime in the warmer months to enjoy the other amenities!

Great stay! My family and a few others with small children wanted a place to get together and explore the WV mountains either our toddlers. This place was great - ample shared spaces and perfectly laid out bedrooms so each family had the space and privacy they needed at the end of the day.

This house is amazing!! It’s big and spacious, had plenty of beds and bathrooms to host our large group. We LOVED the hot tub and fire pit. The kitchen was beautiful and there were plenty of seats for us all the hang out near each other. The town is quant but has plenty to do for a weekend. We loved our stay and hope to visit again!

Katie was very helpful and proactive in her messages and her cabin was beautiful! There was an issue with the fireplace and she immediately came to check on it. Our group had a great time in her home!

Katie’s cabin was breathtaking with breathtaking views! The cabin itself was clean and was able to accommodate our 7 person group + our dog! Our dog had a lot of space to walk around on a leash. We loved the amenities and the private location. It was very peaceful. Katie’s recommendations were helpful!

We had a wonderful time - the home was even better than pictured. we stayed a few days with my adult kids, everyone having their own room and bathroom was so nice. The kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances and utensils we needed to make some nice dinners. The hot tub was great, the view out the huge window was amazing. so peaceful. The porch furniture was really comfortable and made sitting outside extra enjoyable. The fire pit was also really nice. While there we walked on some of the trails by the house, and spent time shopping in Berkeley springs, and hiking at the capacon park. Biking on the WMRT was great and it was only 20 minutes away. I highly recommend that bike trail. Thank you Katie for a wonderful stay!

Such a beautiful stay! Surrounded by amazing foliage, peace and quiet in the woods. The house was beautiful and big enough for our group to spread out, and we really appreciated that everyone had their own bathroom. Also, the convenient trails in the community and proximity to the nearby brewery were great. The hosts gave us so much helpful info and were extremely responsive and attentive as well. Would totally come again. 🍁🍂🍃

Our girlfriends' getaway found the most perfect spot in Katie's home. We absolutely loved the home, the decorations, the comfort and all the special touches that Katie and her team provided. This is an absolutely, wonderfu home to call home for vacation.
