Thanks Katie for sharing your beautiful home with our family. While the location requires driving a few miles on narrow country roads, it is not far from Berkeley Springs or Hancock, and the views of the valley below are just fantastic! It would be the perfect spot to experience the fall foliage. We loved the early morning coffee on your HUGE deck with the roosters crowing and the stargazing at night. All of the rooms were lovely and well-appointed. The kitchen had everything you needed and more! For bikers, it is a quick drive to Hancock where you can easily access either the Western Allegheny bike trail (paved) or the C&O bike trail (unpaved). Our daughter loved it so much she biked both mornings. We highly recommend a stay at this beautiful house and would certainly come again!

We had our Traveling Book club gathering of 8 ladies! We the beautiful decks, eating on the screen porch and hot tub and fire pit! Great space to all spread out!! Several of us had great hikes on the white and blue trails right outside the house!!

The house was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. The shower felt very spa like. Our favorite spot was the screened in porch. It was the perfect napping spot with a nice breeze. It was a great location. We took a day trip to Harpers Ferry and then also stayed local for a day and checked out the town. We loved the area and definitely recommend this house if you're looking for a spot to stay in Berkeley Springs.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It had everything we needed and more, making our time there very comfortable. The hosts were fantastic with communication and made the process seamless. The WiFi worked very well with little to no issues, which allowed us to work remotely without any problems. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, making it a great spot to relax and recharge. Highly recommend!

Katie's property was the perfect location for our staff retreat - quiet, peaceful, and offering beautiful views that inspired our team discussions. In the evenings we sat on the deck and hot tub as we witnessed distant heat lightning and shooting stars! Our host Katie was exceptionally helpful, promptly answering all our questions and providing excellent suggestions for local activities that enhanced our stay. This ideal balance of functional space and natural beauty created the perfect environment for both collaboration and reflection, making it a 10/10 experience we would absolutely recommend for any team gathering.

The house was perfect for our four generation get-away, ages 1 to 87! It is beautifully designed, spacious, beautifully decorated and furnished, comfortable, and clean. The kitchen is well equipped and met our needs for a variety of meals. We loved eating dinner outside on the screened-in porch where there was enough room for all of us including two high chairs. We enjoyed several evenings around the fire pit roasting marshmallows and sharing stories. The neighborhood is quiet and a great place to walk and enjoy short hikes. The host, Katie, responded promptly and acted quickly when we experienced two minor issues. My family and I highly recommend this house!

Beautiful view from inside house and outside on the porch. At night you had an option to sit in the hot tub located on the porch or have a fire in the pit next to the house. House was nicely decorated and very clean. We would definitely return for a future vacation. The Ruane Family

I went with a group of friends and we LOVED the house! The location is so peaceful and the house is beautiful. Great way to experience nature while having all the amenities of a clean house. The hot tub and fireplace made for a relaxing trip. Katie was also so helpful with suggestions for local activities and packing tips. Highly recommend!

Our kids and grand kids wanted to try vacationing in the mountains this year vs. beach and were not disappointed in the least. Katie is an amazing host with incredible attention to detail and extremely responsive. Beautiful place in secluded area, loved hot tub, fire pit and nearly zero light pollution at night revealed phenomenal light/stars show with multiple shooting stars. Huge props to Katie, will definitely look to her again for next mountain vaca. Cheers

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Berkeley Springs, WV! The mountain views were absolutely stunning—especially at sunset. The house was perfect for our large family. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably, yet still gather together for meals and games. We loved how quiet and peaceful the area was, but still just a short drive from downtown Berkeley Springs and nearby hiking and fishing spots. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with room for a crowd and unbeatable views, this is the place!
