We had a wonderful time - the home was even better than pictured. we stayed a few days with my adult kids, everyone having their own room and bathroom was so nice. The kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances and utensils we needed to make some nice dinners. The hot tub was great, the view out the huge window was amazing. so peaceful. The porch furniture was really comfortable and made sitting outside extra enjoyable. The fire pit was also really nice. While there we walked on some of the trails by the house, and spent time shopping in Berkeley springs, and hiking at the capacon park. Biking on the WMRT was great and it was only 20 minutes away. I highly recommend that bike trail. Thank you Katie for a wonderful stay!

Such a beautiful stay! Surrounded by amazing foliage, peace and quiet in the woods. The house was beautiful and big enough for our group to spread out, and we really appreciated that everyone had their own bathroom. Also, the convenient trails in the community and proximity to the nearby brewery were great. The hosts gave us so much helpful info and were extremely responsive and attentive as well. Would totally come again. 🍁🍂🍃

Our girlfriends' getaway found the most perfect spot in Katie's home. We absolutely loved the home, the decorations, the comfort and all the special touches that Katie and her team provided. This is an absolutely, wonderfu home to call home for vacation.

If you are painstakingly searching Airbnb listings for your group’s next getaway, stop what you are doing and immediately book Katie’s home. Our Book Club could not have chosen better for our annual weekend retreat. From the moment we opened the front door, our jaws literally dropped. The house is enormous with plenty of bedroom and bathroom space for everyone. There are countless cozy sitting areas throughout, both indoors and outdoors, for connecting with friends and hosting large meals. Katie was a phenomenal host sending instructions and recommendations in advance, and responding promptly throughout our visit. This is a perfect mountain retreat for those who want to reconnect with each other in a stunning, peaceful setting. We honestly did not want to leave the house – but if you do, the little town of Berkeley Springs couldn’t be easier to get to. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Thanks Katie for sharing your beautiful home with our family. While the location requires driving a few miles on narrow country roads, it is not far from Berkeley Springs or Hancock, and the views of the valley below are just fantastic! It would be the perfect spot to experience the fall foliage. We loved the early morning coffee on your HUGE deck with the roosters crowing and the stargazing at night. All of the rooms were lovely and well-appointed. The kitchen had everything you needed and more! For bikers, it is a quick drive to Hancock where you can easily access either the Western Allegheny bike trail (paved) or the C&O bike trail (unpaved). Our daughter loved it so much she biked both mornings. We highly recommend a stay at this beautiful house and would certainly come again!

We had our Traveling Book club gathering of 8 ladies! We the beautiful decks, eating on the screen porch and hot tub and fire pit! Great space to all spread out!! Several of us had great hikes on the white and blue trails right outside the house!!

The house was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. The shower felt very spa like. Our favorite spot was the screened in porch. It was the perfect napping spot with a nice breeze. It was a great location. We took a day trip to Harpers Ferry and then also stayed local for a day and checked out the town. We loved the area and definitely recommend this house if you're looking for a spot to stay in Berkeley Springs.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It had everything we needed and more, making our time there very comfortable. The hosts were fantastic with communication and made the process seamless. The WiFi worked very well with little to no issues, which allowed us to work remotely without any problems. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, making it a great spot to relax and recharge. Highly recommend!

Katie's property was the perfect location for our staff retreat - quiet, peaceful, and offering beautiful views that inspired our team discussions. In the evenings we sat on the deck and hot tub as we witnessed distant heat lightning and shooting stars! Our host Katie was exceptionally helpful, promptly answering all our questions and providing excellent suggestions for local activities that enhanced our stay. This ideal balance of functional space and natural beauty created the perfect environment for both collaboration and reflection, making it a 10/10 experience we would absolutely recommend for any team gathering.

The house was perfect for our four generation get-away, ages 1 to 87! It is beautifully designed, spacious, beautifully decorated and furnished, comfortable, and clean. The kitchen is well equipped and met our needs for a variety of meals. We loved eating dinner outside on the screened-in porch where there was enough room for all of us including two high chairs. We enjoyed several evenings around the fire pit roasting marshmallows and sharing stories. The neighborhood is quiet and a great place to walk and enjoy short hikes. The host, Katie, responded promptly and acted quickly when we experienced two minor issues. My family and I highly recommend this house!
